Wellness Beyond Massage in Wyomissing, PA

Most clients start with massage, and a lot of them stay for more. New Beginnings has acupuncture, Ayurveda, private yoga, somatic healing, and Pilates in the same suite at Spring Ridge, so you can do all of it in one place.

What wellness services does New Beginnings offer besides massage?

Five practices, each led by trained practitioners: acupuncture from a Doctor of Acupuncture who is also an RN, Ayurvedic Health Counseling, one-on-one yoga with a 500-hour certified teacher, gentle trauma-informed somatic healing, and Pilates. We also offer reiki, lymphatic drainage, and raindrop therapy and add-ons like our infrared sauna.

Somatic Healing

Gentle, trauma-informed 1:1 sessions

When stress hardens into patterns (a tight jaw, a clenched belly, never quite feeling at rest), somatic healing works on loosening them, gently. These one-on-one sessions run through Creation Yoga & Wellness in our suite at Spring Ridge. You slow down and pay attention to what your body is doing. Sessions are trauma-informed, shaped around your physical, mental, and emotional needs, and may mix traditional yoga postures, gentle somatic movement, breathwork, energy practices, and mindfulness tools. Nothing is forced. You leave with practices that help you stay steady when life gets loud.

  • A gentler, more intuitive approach to embodiment
  • Supportive for trauma survivors
  • Helpful while recovering from injury or chronic pain
  • Take-home tools to stay grounded, calm, and whole
