This role is about building relationships
We believe the best client relationships are built through trust, consistency, and genuine care. As a therapist here, you guide the entire client experience — from a great massage, to checking your client out, to helping them get their next visit on the calendar before they leave.
This isn't about sales or high-pressure upselling. It's about creating an experience that keeps clients coming back because they trust your expertise and genuinely enjoy working with you. As your relationships grow, so does your client base, your schedule, and your earning potential.
Who we're looking for
- A current PA massage license. A valid, up-to-date Pennsylvania massage therapy license is required. Newer graduates are absolutely welcome — we care more about attitude and work ethic than years on the table.
- A genuine desire to help people. The therapists who thrive here truly want to see their clients grow and find relief. If that's what drives you, you'll fit right in.
- Reliability and drive. We're looking for people who genuinely want to work — who show up on time, prepared, and ready for their clients. Dependability matters more here than anything on a resume.
- Warmth and clear communication. You're personable and easy to talk to, you check in with clients about pressure and comfort, and you keep your team and the front desk in the loop.
- A personalized approach. No cookie-cutter routines. You tailor pressure, focus, and modality to what each client needs that day — never an upcharge, never an upsell.
- Someone looking to grow. A great fit is someone looking for a place to build something lasting — and who genuinely enjoys the people they work alongside.
- Craniosacral or holistic specialties (a plus). We'd love to add a therapist who specializes in craniosacral therapy, and we welcome anyone who can complement the team with other holistic modalities. Not required — just a bonus.
