Ayurveda in Wyomissing, PA
Ayurveda is a preventative approach to health that starts with how your particular body and mind actually work — then builds simple daily routines around diet, rhythm, and mindfulness. One-on-one with a certified Ayurvedic Health Counselor, here at Spring Ridge or online.
Ongoing monthly support, from $108/month online · $153/month in person
In partnership with Creation Yoga & WellnessHow it works
Cody's approach rests on three pillars — diet, routines, and mindfulness — layered over time into practices that fit your life. It's an ongoing monthly program, single consultations are available, and no yoga or Ayurveda experience is needed.

Cody Schmidt is a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor with over six years of teaching experience, co-leading 200- and 300-hour teacher trainings. In 2022 he completed his Ayurvedic Health Counseling certification, and today he works one-on-one with clients through his Ayurvedic Health Program at The Yoga Code — helping people take control of their lives, find peace, and live with purpose.
"A client recently told me our work together removed a lot of the 'tug of war' they used to feel around making healthy choices — replacing it with real calm and contentment in everyday life."
— Cody SchmidtCommon Questions
Do I need to be a New Beginnings massage client to work with Cody?
No. Ayurvedic Health Counseling can be booked entirely on its own, in person at Spring Ridge or online. Plenty of clients do pair it with massage, but there is no requirement to.
Why does the first month cost more than the months after it?
Your first month includes two appointments — a 60-minute Prakriti Assessment and a 120-minute in-depth intake — roughly three hours together. Every month after that is a single 90-minute session.
What is the difference between the in-person and online program?
The work itself is the same. In-person sessions happen at Spring Ridge in Wyomissing, where availability is limited; online sessions are more open and flexible, and cost less.
Can I book a single session instead of the ongoing program?
Yes, single consultations are available. Cody recommends ongoing support, since Ayurveda works through small changes layered over time rather than one visit.
Is this medical care?
No. Cody is an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, not a physician, and this is not a substitute for medical care. He works on a holistic level — diet, daily routine, sleep, and mindfulness — alongside whatever care you already have.
What happens if I need to reschedule?
In-person sessions ask for 24 hours' notice; online sessions are more flexible. Cody would always rather move a session than lose it — life happens.
Do I need any yoga or Ayurveda experience to start?
Absolutely none.
